Get Started Today“As a high school coach, I understand the importance of preparing our student athletes for sustained success. Strategy would be pointless if not for a time of preparation that preceded the implementation of the strategy. In WIN, Lee brilliantly captures both strategy and preparation. He does so by sharing his own journey to success both on and off the field of play. I would recommend this book for any coach or student athlete looking to implement a winning strategy in the game of life. A book that I will refer back to often.”

Do these challenges and concerns frequently cross your mind?
-
You see your student-athlete’s talent, but you're worried they aren't reaching their full potential.
-
Your student-athlete needs help preparing for the next level of competition/life.
-
You're looking for ways to motivate and inspire my team/child.
-
You want practical strategies to help your student-athlete succeed on and off the field.
-
You want your athlete/team to develop skills for success in life.
- You're concerned about your athlete's mindset, leadership, or teamwork, and could use some help developing a winning mindset.
- You need resources to support your athlete's/team's development.
- With so much emphasis placed on outcomes and the rewards, you're not sure your young people are learning the lessons gained from team sports.
- Despite your wisdom, experience and good intentions, they've heard your voice so long, you're concerned your words are going in one ear, and out the other.
- It's clear that “influencers” on social media are not already sharing the messages beneficial to your student-athletes long-term development, and you need messaging consistent with your values.
- Wins and losses cannot be the only measure we use for development.Â
- You could use some help and leverage the experience and voice of someone young people see as credible.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. With the bombardment of messaging coming from a variety of sources, parents, coaches and administrators struggle to find resources that provide constructive, principle-based guidance. Finding tools you can trust is not an easy task.Â
Â
The good news? With consistent and focused effort, you can build a team culture where everyone feels appreciated, connected, and inspired to succeed TOGETHER. It’s about creating an environment where every person understands their role, feels valued, and is committed to give their best.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

I’m Lee Rubin, and for over 30 years, I’ve been working alongside teams, not just managing them, but truly understanding what makes a group of people come together, thrive, and perform at their highest level. My journey started on the football field as the Captain of the Penn State team, where I learned that leadership is about much more than calling plays—it’s about building trust, resilience, and a shared sense of purpose among teammates.
Later, I took these lessons into the corporate world, leading HR teams in Fortune 500 companies, where I faced a new set of challenges.
Here, I saw firsthand how crucial it is to create a culture of accountability, clarity, and respect in high-stakes, high-pressure environments. I learned how to nurture environments where people don’t just show up, but they commit fully to each other and to their mission.
Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders from all walks of life—from CEOs to managers and team leads—helping them create teams that are connected, motivated, and ready to take on any challenge. Through countless conversations, workshops, and real-world applications, I’ve refined the core principles that can transform any team from ordinary to extraordinary.
My greatest joy comes from sharing my insights on teamwork with organizations, helping them implement proven strategies, and watching the process work to achieve the desired outcomes.
Now, I’m eager to share these hard-earned insights with others who are ready to lead with purpose and bring out the very best in their teams.
“Often in our society, the word "Win" is synonymous with success in statistical categories that are mistaken for defining self-worth and value. Lee Rubin has successfully broken the chains from the limitations of that worldview with his book. If you are interested in authentically identifying what it means to be a competitor or coach who sees success as a by-product of pursuing life-changing excellence through core values that transcends mere winning, then reading this book is a WIN-WIN for you!"
