About Lee

I’m Lee Rubin, and for over 30 years, I’ve been working alongside teams, not just managing them, but truly understanding what makes a group of people come together, thrive, and perform at their highest level. My journey started on the football field as the Captain of the Penn State team, where I learned that leadership is about much more than calling plays—it’s about building trust, resilience, and a shared sense of purpose among teammates.

Later, I took these lessons into the corporate world, leading HR teams in Fortune 500 companies, where I faced a new set of challenges. 

Here, I saw firsthand how crucial it is to create a culture of accountability, clarity, and respect in high-stakes, high-pressure environments. I learned how to nurture environments where people don’t just show up, but they commit fully to each other and to their mission.

Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders from all walks of life—from CEOs to managers and team leads—helping them create teams that are connected, motivated, and ready to take on any challenge.
